Toyo University
Founded more than 130 years ago, the university is committed to "philosophical education". We nurture "global human resources" who can play an active role in the world through a wide range of learning.
Faculty of Law
Learn the law, study our society, observe humankind.
At the Faculty of Law, students systematically study the legal foundations that support our society. Through legal studies, they develop a solid understanding of legal principles and cultivate a "legal mind"—the ability to think logically and resolve issues with balanced legal reasoning.
While laws may be amended in response to social demands and technological advances, the fundamental role of law remains unchanged. Through their studies, students acquire the legal expertise and practical skills needed to address legal issues in society.
Given the ongoing globalization of society even within Japan, the program also aims to foster the language proficiency and communication skills necessary for engaging with multicultural environments and resolving international legal issues.
